Delivery Information

• Delivery Areas :
  • Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Kuala Belait, and Temburong.

• Delivery Charges : 
  • Brunei-Muara: Free delivery.
  • Tutong: BND 25 delivery fee
  • Kuala Belait & Temburong: BND 50 delivery fee

• Delivery Time : 
  • All items will be delivered within 3 working days and only Temburong will be delivered within 4-5 working days after order confirmation.

• Delivery Inspection :
  • Customers are required to check all items upon delivery. Please inspect your order for any faults or defects before signing the delivery confirmation.

• Return & Warranty Policy :

• • We provide a 3-day warranty for items found to have a manufacturer defect.
  • Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase.
